Responsible to finish the project documents, such as SOR, SSTS, DFMEA, test plan,etc.
负责完成项目文件，例如SOR,SSTS,DFME，测试计划等。

Work with other departments(like Marketing,Styling design) to complete the product design or review.
与其他部门合作（例如市场部，造型设计部），完成充电产品的设计或评审

Responsible to review the deliverables from supplier, work with other departments(like Quality) if needed.
负责评审供应商的交付物，需要的时候与其他部门一起评审（例如质量部）；

Analysis the risk in design period, and figure out the solution to ensure launch quality.
在设计阶段分析风险，提出解决方案以确保项目投产质量。

Responsible to set up the benchmark database and improve the design accordingly.

负责建立竞品分析数据库，并根据实际情况改善设计。

Responsible to analyze the product cost and complete the ACR.

负责分析产品成本并完成准许成本报告.

Coordinate to establish quality issue database, Lesson Learned and continue improvement.
协调建立质量问题数据库，吸收经验教训，持续改进。

Quick response to field quality complaint, cooperate with related dept., take countermeasure to resolve field critical quality complaints. conduct goodwill process according to company strategy, avoid after-sales media risk
快速响应售后重大质量抱怨，和相关部门协作现场响应，快速提供售后重大抱怨问题遏制方案。根据实际情况实施善意索赔，避免舆情风险。

Monitor product after sales quality performance( IPTV&CPV), identify potential quality issue and take Investigation for it. Classify the responsibility and follow improvement strategy and correction implement to promote product quality performance.
监控售后产品质量表现 IPTV & CPV, 识别潜在质量问题并调查，确定责任部门，跟踪改进计划实施落地，产品质量持续改进。

任职要求：

1.Engineering college or higher degree preferably with a major in EE engineering;
工程本科学位及以上，电子电气工程专业优先
2.Working Experience Requirements:At least 3 years’ charge product design experience;At least 1 model launch experience
工作经验要求：至少三年的相关高压产品设计经验；至少一个量产项目经验

3. Good communication, coordination and organization skills
良好的沟通，协调和组织能力
4.Well spoken and written communication skills in English; Certification
for CET-4 or above
良好的英语口语和写作表达能力, 英语通过CET-4或以上
