1开展可靠性环境试验设计，负责可靠性环境试验管理，对试验开展总结；

2.分析客户测试要求，对客户提出的标准进行评估，分析可行性，评估项目风险；

3.根据测试要求及相关标准规范（国家相关标准及IEC、ISO、ASTM等）具体实施各项试验；

4.与内外部客户保持技术沟通，提供良好的 技术服务支持；

5.独立完成环境及可靠性测试；

6.具有一定的项目管理能力，跟进测试制度，优化测试流程；

7.实验设备的日常维护及保养；

8.负责对相关项目作业指导书进行编辑和完善；

9.完成上级交代的其他任务；

任职资格：

1大专及以上学历，汽车工程等理工科相关专业背景，一年以上汽车及零部件、电子领域可靠性测试工作经验。对汽车零部件及机械工装设计有一定的了解；

2熟知相关***车厂的测试标准及规范，熟悉第三方实验室质量管理体系ISO17025及CNAS等相关规范政策；

3熟悉各类可靠性测试设备的使用/维护方法；

4良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神，出色的学习能力及抗压力、执行力；

5有在振动厂家或者第三方检测公司可靠性检测工作经验者优先。
