DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES ：

1.   Be responsible for the hands-on execution of in vivo pharmacology studies that investigate anti-tumor activity of novel immuno-oncology agents and agents targeting inflammation and autoimmune diseases in related mouse models. Through applied expertise in tumor biology and immunology, the incumbent will develop and conduct in vivo efficacy, mechanism of action, PK/PD and other studies to support novel oncology drug discovery and translational research. (70%)

2.   Develop and conduct cell or immune based assays to support drug discovery in cancer immunotherapy, inflammation and autoimmune diseases. Work with the team members to meet project timeline. Independently carry out bench-work experiments in cell biology and molecular biology. (20%)

3.   Maintain an up-to-date laboratory notebook that records experimental methods, materials and results. Keep supervisor and project team informed on current status of work. Prepare presentations to show work being conducted on project or group meetings. Prepare manuscripts and documents for internal or external publication. (10%)

JOB REQUIREMENTS ：

1. Bachelor or Master degree in biology, pharmacology or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or CRO companies. 2. Hands-on experience with in vivo animal studies including handling mouse samples from tumor models or primary human blood etc. 3. Prior experience in establishing and utilizing various oncology syngeneic, xenograft, allograft, PDX or GEMM and PDX models and inflammation and autoimmune models. 4. Proficient in molecular and cell biology experiments, including western blot, realtime PCR, mammalian cell culture, FACS, siRNA/shRNA and molecular cloning. 5. Experience and knowledge in cancer biology and immunology field are preferred.
