招聘 应届毕业生- 有潜力车间储备干部/领导

     最初在车间工作;

• 通过多项车间机械认证考核， 如装配，包装， 质检， 再进一步发展的其他岗位;

• 根据业务需求和个人需求，寻找潜在的车间人员领导职位。

       在初期装配工作中

• 按照《产品材料清单》和《设备程序》中的工作指导书、路线、图纸、程序进行组装。
• 安全组装并遵循HSE设施程序
• 按照HSE管理标准执行主管要求的其他活动。
• 在规定的程序下实现目标

       

任职资格

• 大学以上学历，机械、制造或相关专业;

• 对制造业的热爱和从基层做起的愿望;

• 良好的中英文沟通能力;

• 良好的电脑技能

Responsibility

 - Pass certification on multi-functions and evolve to other positions in shop floor

 - Target for potential shop floor people leader position base on business needs and individual desire.

During the first Assembler work, should:

 - assemble according to work instructions, routes, drawings, procedures in product material list and equipment     procedures.

 -  assemble in a safe manner and follow HSE facility procedures.

 -  perform other activities required by the supervisor under HSE management standards.

 -  achieve goals under defined procedures

Qualifications

 - university degree qual or above with majority on engineering such as mechanical, manufacturing or equivalent;

 - Passion on manufacturing and desire to start from grass-roots position;

 - Good communication skills in both English and Chinese; 

 - Good computer skills;
