2.      Takes down dictation and drafts simple correspondence.

记录所听到的内容，并起草一般的信件

3.      Types all reports, schedules, memoranda and correspondence for the Housekeeping Department and maintains files of all Housekeeping records.

打印客房部所有的报表，计划表，备忘录和信件并保管所有客房部的记录文件

4.      Prepares maintenance and work orders submitted by all supervisors.

为主管呈交的保养和工作指示做好准备

5.      Prepares department staff attendance record

准备部门员工出勤记录

6.      Maintain sufficient stock of stationary and other office supplies .

负责部门和办公室文具和其他用品的申领

7.      Maintains and updates staff information record

负责更新员工信息

8.      Attends to departmental calls

负责应接部门的电话

9.      Assists the housekeeping clerk as necessary.

如有需要时,协助客房部文员

10.   Takes down minutes of Housekeeping meetings and transcribes same in sufficient copies for distribution.

做好客房部的会议记录并复印足够的份数以便分发

11.   Prepares/summarizes room losses and damage reports.

准备/总结客房遗失物品和物品损耗的报表

12.   Receives turned in lost and found items, enter them in the registry indicating all data.

接收移交下来的客人遗留物品，连同所有信息资料放入仓库

13.   Responsible for storing and issuing of mini bar items and recording of it. In charge of random checking of mini-bar items inside guestroom.

负责迷你吧物品的发放和保存，同时做出记录。随机检查客房迷你吧物品。

14.   Prepares/fills up the mini-bar consumption report form daily and consolidate it at the end of the month for submission to finance dept.

准备/填写迷你吧消耗品的报告表，在每月底交给财务部。

15.   Keep personal records of employees, attendance sheets, change forms, annual leave, sick leave accident report etc.

对员工的出勤，岗位变动，年假，病假的情况做出记录。

16.   Performs other related duties that may be assigned.
