工作职责：

1．安全：能够运用5S现场管理标准，保证现场环境有条不紊，遵循安全规程或标准，达到零伤害目标。
2．质量：遵循标准规程，保证钢结构建筑或土建建筑达到质量要求，确保无客户投诉。
3．项目进程：根据合同或客户要求拟定项目总体规划和物料计划。根据项目计划，合理分配人力及其他资源（分包商），并按时完成项目。
4．沟通交流：与客户，总包，当地政府和公司各部门建立良好的关系，保证项目的顺利进行。
5．成本控制：控制工时成本，采购，物料损耗等等，在预算内。
6．进度控制和改善：每天及时报告安全，项目进度等。每个项目结束后的总结。在项目中或结束后对分包商的评估。提出改进建议。

职位要求：
1.大专及以上学历
2.五年以上钢结构和土建建筑现场工作经验
3.两年以上项目管理工作经验
