工作职责:

Business Analyst (BA) has overall responsibility to support BIT on business user requirement analysis, consolidation, and documentation by following up with company standard procedure. The role needs to collaborate with solution team to make sure the solution accommodate for business needs. BA is also capable to play PM roles in some small projects/cases which help to simplify the process and efficiently deliver the solution to business.

Major accountabilities included but not limited to,

? Lead business demand and requirement discussion

? Develop business cases and quantify business benefits with business and financial partners.

? Specify user requirements for solution delivery

? Justify user change request

任职资格:

? About 3 years IT related working experience and minimum 1 years business partner and analysis experience with good track records

? Strong client/accounts handling skills

? Solid IT background with understanding of business processes esp. on Distribution Center, Financial, HR, Supply Chain, Retailing business, etc.

? Experienced master planning and portfolio management

? Strong project management skills

? Good communication and interpersonal skill including formal presentation skillset.

? Proven team player and relationship builder with ability to work effectively across functional lines

? Good planning and organizing skill
