岗位职责：
1.负责中心教学部管理；
2.制定教学部各项管理制度及流程，进行教学研讨和更新，激发教师团队的工作热情，保证教学服务的高质量；
3.定期对教学人员进行监督考核，并适时评估中外籍教师的教学质量和效果，提出意见加以改善；
4.制定和实施教学跟进培训和中外籍教师的岗位技能培训，不断改善中外教更好的课件辅导和课堂教学效果；
5.定期搜集学员反馈，处理客户投诉问题，不断改善教学质量，完成教学目标；
6.主持教学例会，提出问题，共同商讨解决方案；
7.带领教学团队积极参与销售需要安排的公开课、各种讲座、DEMO等；
8.通过各种技术来实现教学的高标准化；
9.教学部教师团队的人员储备，选拔并培养优秀人才，确保教师团队的稳定性；
10.设计、计划和组织教学部的各类活动；
11.执行学习安排的其他工作；
12.组织课程研发、升级、改版等相关事宜。


任职要求：
1.优秀的英语语言表达能力，发音纯正清晰；
2.五年以上英语小班课授课经验，2年以上的管理经验，有商务英语口语授课背景者优先；
3.本科以上英语专业或英语专业八级；
4.具有强烈的责任心和团队意识，良好的沟通、组织和领导能力；
5.了解英语教学市场并能洞悉教育发展新动向；
6.热爱教育和培训事业，愿意投身于教育事业。
