职位描述
JOB TITLE: IPQC/FQC检验员
Main responsibilities:
过程及成品检验：
1. 按标准检验程序对生产中的产品和成品进行检验。
2. 生产现场巡检，收集样品进行尺寸和外观的检测并如实完成记录，做好生产过程中的监控。
3. 每日成品采样分析，保证出厂前的产品品质。
4. 负责记录和保管过程和成品检验相关报表或报告，并负责过程和成品检验相关设备和量具的日常维护。
5. 新产品的首件检验(FAI)
6. 及时反馈产品质量问题，定期向主管汇报产品质量状况，负责统计过程检验和成品检验相关KPI数据。
7. 按照相关要求，对物料进行适当检验后，协调物料的入库工作。
Job Specifications:
1. 中专技校以上学历，会看图纸。
2. 2年以上电子机械装配厂QC工作经验，医疗器材行业优先考虑。
3. 熟练掌握检验相关测量仪器或设备的使用。
4. 具备基本的测量和统计知识。
5. 拥有必要的工作英语水平和计算机水平，能看懂英文的材料名称为佳。
6. 有很强的责任心，做事认真细心。
7. 可以适应翻班工作
家住南汇周浦镇附近，或者地铁2号线沿线优先考虑，尤以医疗行业工作经验者佳。
