Job scope:
Be responsible for RMA issue, customer quality complaint/issue/requirements, calibration
Job responsibility:
Handle customer quality complaint and response to customer with comprehensive 8D report.
Coordinate departments on failure analysis, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action approach
Close 8D with data-factual evidence and reply to customer
Deal with RMA issue, and closely with team to identify the root cause and take corrective action to resolve problem.
Analyze complaint/RMA data to make defect-reduction plan and follow on progress
Capable of building good relationship with customer.
Other assigned job
Qualification:
Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering ,
2 to 3 year working experience - prefer to be in electronic manufacturing industry working as QA or QC Engineer fresh graduates.
Familiar with 8D process, SPC/FMEA/5WHY,
Good communication skill, interpersonal, team-work player and drive-skill
Good English command.
