Responsibilities:

Recruiting/Advisor Management

- Custom recruit new experts into the network for projects as needed

- Review and approve new advisor network applications

- Edit profiles when advisors join, or when coming across one that needs updating

- Record newly uncovered advisor information or expertise in advisor profiles

- Develop relationships with industry advisors (often leads to referrals, and timely follow-up)

- Keep eye out for new recruiting ideas or new recruiting resources

Research Management 

- Create request in online CRM system 

- Conduct quick topical and company research on request subject

- Contact RPM if clarification from client is needed 

- Search existing advisor database and attach multiple quality advisors to request

- Write screening questions to be sent to attached advisors (spot-checked by PM)

- Call through list of advisors to screen/vet for relevance and availability 

- Properly qualify advisors before their profiles are sent to client by PM

- Respond promptly to advisor responses, queries, problems, etc.

- Communicate scope of project to assigned Research Analyst (if additional recruiting is necessary)

-Gather client feedback (through RPM) for quality control, service improvement ideas, and to determine if more work is needed

- Be cost effective by monitoring advisors’ hourly rates and minimizing prep time payments

Qualifications:

- Previous research/recruiting/sales experience in the Healthcare is a must, Technology, Telecom, Media, Retail, Energy and Industrials fields is highly preferred

-Work experience in equity research, market research, investment management, investment banking, strategic analysis, consulting, or private equity is highly preferred

- Previous experience delegating and overseeing the work of others

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally

- High proficiency with web research and knowledge of niche websites

- Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere
