职责

Responsibilities

1. 作为新产品开发项目小组的成员，参与APQP，参与准备PSW, 过程流程图，FMEA ，控制计划等。负责提交供应商PPAP。

Be a member of a new product development project, involve in making APQP, preparing for PSW, flow chart, FMEA and control plan etc. Be responsible for submitting supplier PPAP.

2. 跟踪供应商的PPAP提交并评审其质量文件。

Follow up supplier PPAP submission and review supplier PPAP documentation.

3. 按照年度供应商审核计划，审核供应商，完成审核报告， 跟踪改进措施的落实。

According to the supplier audit plan, carry out audits. Work out audit reports and follow up improvement action.

4. 审核新供应商的质量体系，审核供应商的质量文件并开展现场审核。帮助供应商优化其质量体系，达到我公司对其产品品质的要求。

Make an audit of the quality system of a new supplier, such as profile supplier and surface processing supplier. Review the quality documents of the supplier and implement an audit on the spot. Help the supplier optimize their quality system to reach the standard of products quality set by our company.

5. 监督生产过程的质量，负责不良品的原因确认及预防和纠正措施的更正落实,每月统计关键供应商的报废率和准时交货率，并反馈给供应商，如超出目标值，要求整改直到达标。

Monitor the process quality, confirm the NC causes and follow up the corrective and preventive action, ensure the action be implemented. Monthly calculate Key supplier scrap rate and OTD, feedback to supplier, if not meet the target, should request supplier to improve until meet the target.

6. 负责处理有关供应商的客户投诉，及时向客户递交8D报告。跟踪8D报告中改进方案的落实并验证其效果。

Be responsible for handling customer complaint related to suppliers, submit 8D report to customer in time and follow up the corrective action and verify the result.

7. 确认供应商退货。

Check and confirm the NC material that should be returned to suppliers.

8. 跟踪供应商新品开发过程和样件确认

Follow up new product development process with supplier, and approve the sample

9. 作为TS16949内审员，参与定期举行的内部质量体系审核。

As the internal auditor of TS16949, participate in the regular internal quality system audits.

任职资格Post qualification

1. 学历 Education Background

本科学历 Bachelor degree

2. 专业 Major

机械，电子等理工科专业

Mechanism/ Electric and other science & technology major

3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills

接受过ISO9001和TS16949的专业培训，有TS16949内审员资格证书。

Have received ISO9001 and TS16949 training and have got the qualification certificate of TS16949 internal auditor.

熟悉APQP, PPAP，FMEA，MSA,SPC,8D，尺寸链叠加，并接受过专业培训。

Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA,SPC 8D and GD&T, and have received professional training.

4. 经验 Experience

3年以上供应商质量管理工作经验。

5. 语言 Language

大学英语4级，良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。

CET 4th, good oral and written English.

6. 个人素质 Personality

具备强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，工作态度积极，能够高效率地工作, 具有创新思维和优秀的解决问题的能力。
