职位描述(Job Description)：

  

1．负责公司产品的包装设计，包括PDQ, 彩盒、吸盘、纸卡结构、胶带、产品标签等；根据客户要求提出包装概念，制作多样化、富有创意的包装设计方案；

  

2．产品包装规范的建立及包材BOM创建，打样，修改及确认；

  

3．指导外部供应商进行包装制作，负责包装打样的确认工作；

  

4．保持与业务组同事的沟通，保证内部各设计项目的质量及对设计与打样时间上的把握；

  

5．产品包装工艺的指导、跟踪和改善，提出产品包装异常问题的处理方案；

  

6．负责设计文档、素材、包装资料的整理，归档与保存；

  

7．收集同行及市场上的包装相关信息，了解行业动态；

  

8．完成领导安排的临时工作。

  

  

岗位要求(Qualification)：

  

1．大专及以上学历，包装设计，艺术设计等相关专业；

  

2．从事包装结构设计工作3年以上，熟悉各种瓦楞纸，卡纸，塑胶类包装产品及其生产工艺；

  

3．熟悉出口欧美市场的包装产品规范和测试要求，了解其店铺商品的展示与销售模式；

  

4．熟练使用Illustrator、Esko Artistcad，Esko割样机，CAD等设计软件，会3D效果制作者优先；

  

5．理论联系实际，工作主动，认真负责，人际沟通能力与团队合作意识强；

  

6．有基本的英语读，写能力。
