1.协助经理制定行政管理制度，定期向经理提供行政管理方面的信息，为公司行政管理决策提供依据；

2.负责参与6S管理及各项管理制度的检查落实，每日进行巡查并进行记录和反馈；

3.负责对公司制订各项决定、措施、临时工作安排的落实情况进行确认，反馈；

4.负责组织公司办公环境的建设与维护工作；

5.负责公司宿舍管理、车辆管理，车辆调度、车辆安排；

6.负责组织行政类固定资产、办公设施管理与维护；

7.负责公司证照办理及年审、变更工作（营业执照、经营许可证、生产经营许可证等）；

8.负责公司外联工作的对接及管理工作（项目申报、年检工作）；

9.负责组织公司内部员工活动（趣味运动会、联谊会、茶话会等）及重大活动（年会）的策划及配合实施；

10.负责组织食堂管理，报餐，监督食堂送餐质量，提出改进意见，对员工餐费分摊核对、核算管理工作；

11.负责员工福利（过节礼品、劳保用品等）申报、领用、发放、费用结算等工作；

12.负责公司通讯管理（固定电话、话费报销等）；

13.完成领导交给的临时性工作。

任职要求：

1.大专以上学历，企业管理、人力资源管理、行政管理等相关专业；

2.三年以上人事行政岗位的工作经验；

3.组织沟通能力强、工作负责、主动、干练，反应灵敏；

4.熟悉各类证件的年检审查。
