Position Overview:

· New product development about 12kV RMU product including SF6 and Solid insulation.

· RMU product core parts(Mechanism/interrupter/Load Break Switch) design.

· Independent design and customization of the electrical switchgear product (mainly Ring Main Unit- secondary distribution switchgear) to fulfill all requires technical specifications related to customer orders.

· Release timely design drawings and technical specification to ensure the delivery of project or product requirement.

· Managing technical support of production unit including BOM's, production documents, standard operation procedures and product inspection.

· Provide timely and comprehensive produce engineering support for related manufacturing operations located in Shanghai and PingDingShan, Henan province

· Promote and obtain product standardization as well as design for product quality.

Education Level:

· Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering. Masters degree is a plus

Major/Specialty:

· Technical knowledge of Medium Voltage Products and Equipments.

· Direct design experience in secondary distribution switchgear, RMU experience is preferred.

· Be familiar with manufacturing processes and aware of product quality control.

· At least 5 years in closely related fields.

General experience:

· Capacity to work in complex environment, and to support high challenges.

· Initiative and strong sense of responsibility.

· Sufficient capability in communication with English is plus.

· Proficient CAD skill, e.g., Inventor, AutoCAD.
