工作职责：

1、负责建筑装饰施工管理、进度控制、施工优化及项目成本控制、设计及施工综合协调

2、负责进行项目开工、施工、催款等工作；

3、负责在建工地的施工管理，确保公司施工文明、规范、无安全事故；

4、技术人员职位，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务。

6、其他工作事项

任职资格：

1、3年室内装饰工装工程公司或门窗幕墙工作经历；

2、有2（含）个以上工装项目室内精装修项目专职施工员或综合工长经验；

3、基本掌握项目管理“三控三管一协调”；

4、工作严谨，善于沟通，具备良好的职业操守；

5、具有“全国百强装饰企业”工作经验者优先考虑。
