Position Overview:


These are full time positions for motivated professionals with extensive electronics hardware development knowledge, excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities. The primary function will be closely working with US based engineering teams on product development for high performance real-time industrial controllers. The success in these positions requires efficient communication in both English and Chinese, strong motivation of learning new techniques and development processes. The highest level of work ethics is essential.




Essential Job Functions:


Responsible for designing and developing electronic devices and systems for new products, or product improvement or redesign. 电子设备研发和产品升级
Essential job functions include requirements analysis and specification, system specification, system design, system implementation, working with the procurement process, and testing and troubleshooting.需求分析和说明，系统说明，系统设计，系统安装，协助采购流程，测试和检修
Other responsibilities may include project management, manufacturing support, field failure analysis, developing and maintaining hardware development procedures and training technical support staff and customers on device functionality and usage. 其它内容如项目管理、生产支持、现场故障分析、升级维护硬件升级程序、培训技术支持人员和客户使用


Design Engineers are expected to actively participate in many aspects of product development: specification, circuit board design, schematic capture, PCB layout, upfront component price negotiation, board debug, standards testing, design validation, and product support.




Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Education, Training, etc.):


? M.Eng or B.Eng Degree in Electric/Electronics related Engineering with 2 years above relevant work experience.本科及硕士学历，电气、电子相关类工科专业，2年以上相关工作经验
? Work experience with electronic hardware design is a must
须具备电子硬件设计经验


? Schematics capture and PCB layout experiences熟悉电路图和PCB布局


? Experience with full life cycle of electronics product development is strongly preferred.有电子产品研发全周期经验优先


? Six Sigma and LEAN experience desirable.6西格玛和LEAN经验
