1、把握创意方向，主导创意发展，启发创意思路；

2、负责部门内部各项目的文案指导与执行监督；

3、能够独立把控项目整体创意方向，优质完成创意主题、广告标语以及相关衍生发展；

4、准时、优质、高效完成各类事件行销的策划方案，并能以多样的表现方式呈现；

5、能够表达创意理念，并进行流畅的创意阐述，能够进行提案演讲；

6、与客户部门做好良好的沟通与协调

我们希望你：

1、本科以上学历，语言文学、英语、广告、传媒等相关专业优先

2、广告行业创意工作3年以上工作经验，精通广告公司的操作流程，熟悉各种品牌营销及活动策划的形式；

3、精通PPT/Keynote制作及演示技巧、有运用视频编辑软件的经验者优先。

4、卓越的文笔、蓬勃的创意激情和丰富的创意能力、富感染力的语言表达能力，善于沟通，有逻辑性，良好的协作精神和职业道德，能够适应较大的压力，有管理协调团队与培养下属的能力

5、良好的英语听说读写能力。
