【岗位职责】

1、根据公司发展目标，组织制订生产部及运营部年度工作计划及目标，并进行月度工作总结与分析；

2、负责高效处理订单；

3、负责制程质量管控，严格贯彻执行生产过程中的“三确认”、“三定”、“三不”制；

4、负责完善部门管理规章制度，定期组织对生产人员的生产技能培训指导及考核评估；

5、负责生产现场6S及安全生产管理的培训、检查与考评等；

6、负责生产人员配置、设备配置等；

7、具备绩效考核管理、计件薪资核算能力。

【录用人员要求】

1、大专以上学历，管理类或建筑类专业；

2、5年以上生产制造业管理工作经理，有中高档门窗或铝合金、系统门窗生产管理工作经验者优先；

3、对生产现场技术、质量、进度、安全等管控能力强，组织管理能力和现场沟通能力强；

4、熟悉材料、工艺、结构，具备良好的生产计划管控经验；

5、工作认真仔细，诚实勤奋，对工作有极强的热情；

6、熟悉OA、ERP管理系统，熟练应用WORD、EXCEL等办公软件。
