工作职责

 l  熟悉生产部包装发运工作流程，并与业务相关各部门进行有效的沟通和协调。 

 l  熟悉机械产品的包装设计流程，设计符合产品特性的包装。 

 l  熟悉产品的特点根据需要编制包装、吊装、运输、仓储等方面的SOP,并指导相关供应商实施SOP。 

 l  负责提出项目发运和驳运的所需设备、工具、人员等资源的需求、并安排人员作业；负责作业工时录入和外部资源使用的确认。 

 l  指导发运人员合理装载货物，提高卡车和集装箱的装载率。 

 l  负责成品保管和出入库管理，登记日常发运数据及拍照。 

 l  负责作业现场的安全质量管理，包括现场人员、车辆、现场5S、作业工具如叉车、行车、吊具等。 

 l  负责制定项目包装发运成本，研究降低项目的包装发运费用。 

 l  负责处理现场及内部跟包装发运有关的反馈。 

 l  完成主管安排的其他工作并提出合理化建议。    

岗位要求

1. 本科以上学历，包装、物流相关专业为佳。

2. 5年的工作经验，有工业或制造业企业经验者为佳。

    

3. 具备包装设计专业知识，懂得设计铁支架、木托盘和木箱设计。

    

4. 熟练使用设计软件AUTOCAD, CATIA,BAAN, OFFICE等系统软件，如：AUTOCAD、CATIA 熟悉制图标准。

    

5. 具有现场管控能力，统筹安排现场作业人员

    

6. 积极主动，工作有效率。

    

7. 良好的沟通能力。
