实习期间我们可以提供专业的金融行业知识、中高端人才招聘服务、人才定向调研和人力资源管理等相关技能培训。
【岗位职责】
1、及时收集、整理、金融行业人才数据和信息，及时沟通跟进行业专业人才；
2、对猎头顾问和团队提供业务支持，包括行业人才信息搜集整理、人才寻访和筛选评估等工作；
3、汇总人才信息和撰写推荐评估报告；
4、其他日常辅助工作。
【招聘要求】
1、本科以上学历，财经类、管理类、语言类以及理工科专业优先，其他专业有优秀的学习能力也可考虑，2020年或以后毕业的本科或硕士生优先；
2、有责任心，做事认真细致，努力上进，可以接受一定强度的加班；
3、有人力资源或咨询相关实习经验者优先；
4、实习时间3个月以上，一周保证三天以上有效时间（工作强度较大，收获也会很多，非诚勿扰）。
【主观要求】
1、责任感强、积极、勤奋、细心、自律、具备抗压能力；
2、吃苦耐劳，不轻易放弃。
【实习收获】
1、深入接触金融行业中高端人才，建立属于自己的核心人脉圈；
2、资深顾问乐意分享行业动态、金融行业发展趋势，资本市场等相关信息；
3、公司对优质实习生会推荐下一份实习，包括但不限于人力资源岗、金融业务岗、运营管理岗；
4、往届实习生除留用团队，还有部分就职于各大银行、证券、基金、资管等金融机构。
