概观

To meet the objectives set out in the Bio-Rad Mission Statement and Quality Statement.

To develop infrastructure in office to support Engineers in the field.

To coordinate with Service Supervisor & Field Service Engineer to get timely information that would assist the Service supervisor and Service Manager China to plan strategy for pending service jobs.

 

职责

Operation:

1. Maintenance of Service system (S-max): Keep record of all installations with user names, contact address, telephone no. etc. Update data base for new installations.
2. Maintenance of Service parts : Maintain the Demo inventory. Order spare parts as per Parts Backorder database report weekly.
3. Preventive maintenance Schedule: To prepare and inform Service Supervisors PM visits due for the current month.
4. Job Call Register : Log all customer calls with date and time reported and inform engineer.
5. Service system report : Compile report from Service Database as per AP format and send to Service Manager.
6. Service Manual: Maintain a record of service manuals and order new ones as and when available.
7. 7. Service Tools : Keep records of all service tool in Lotus Service Database & track movement.
8. 8. Track distributor’s installation report and service report.
9. 9. Communication with others department.

Customer Service.

1. Manage relationships with key customers
2. Ensure that the Bio-Rad commitment to customer satisfaction is achieved and constantly improved

Account Receivable.

1. Manage and follow service invoice.
2. Follow up with customers for payment

Meeting Objective

1. Meet the quarterly objectives set by Service Manager

Liaison

1. Ensure a high level of liaison with other Regional Managers & Bio-Rad staff to ensure coordination of activities and understanding of common goals
