About RRD Leadership Associate Program (LAP)
In a constantly evolving and changing marketplace of Asia, RR Donnelley explored an initiative on leadership development program to help us stay ahead of the industry with the solid leadership talent pipeline.
LAP is a 24-month program, offering you the chance to fully develop your potential across different functions or business units. Meanwhile, you will have exposure to work with senior leaders, who’ll advise, support and guide you on career journey and help you explore your strengths and turn your innovative ideas into real business. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll be placed into a management role in a specific function that suits your strengths and interests, also aligns with the company’s business demands.

Job Description
? Project Manager- Sourcing
? Understanding of supply market, strategies, risks and opportunities.
? Conduct regional RFI’s, RFP’s and reverse auctions, analyze results, develop recommendations to internal customers.
? Responsible for meeting savings targets for assigned areas.
? Lead and facilitate meetings with internal teams and suppliers. Conduct business reviews with Strategic Suppliers as required by RRD policy.
? Assess new suppliers and determine suitability.
?
(1) Project Manager- Planning
? Lead the planning process in the development of a plan encompassing the agreed sales, supply and inventory plans, to meet the short and medium-term policies of the business.
? Provide input to Supply Review Meeting with "what if" scenarios to the proposed plan and simulate the effect of various alternatives.
? Ensure an accurate supply planning process and finalize the master production plan.
? Give input to definition of inventory levels and define stock policies in agreement with business managements.
? Manage alignment of NPI strategies/projects with chain execution/optimization policies to ensure effective and efficient execution of these strategies/projects.
? Identify and agree continuous improvement projects with business and manufacturing management.

Qualifications:
? Full-time MBA graduates from global premium schools.
? 3-4 years and above working experience, with hand-on sourcing/SCM related experience.
? Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
? Strong communication & influencing skill and leadership potential.
? Open-minded, Ownership and a good team player.
? Mobile (nationally and internationally).
