1.总机电话的接听、信件快递的接受、分发；
2.来访客户的接待、安排；
3.出差人员的登记，机票、宾馆的预定；
4.办公设备的维护和管理；
5.每月餐券的购买与发放；
6.办公环境维护等后勤工作；
任职要求：
1.大专学历，精通office 操作；
2.形象气质佳，声音甜美，性格外向，待人礼貌热情；
3.工作积极、主动，有良好的服务意识，做事有耐心；
4.语言表达能力强，能用英语进行日常交流；
5.有前台文员经验者优先。简历附照片优先。
