【职责内容】
1、根据需求说明书编写测试计划，测试用例和测试相关报告；
2、执行产品功能测试，并对产品问题进行跟踪分析和报告；
3、完成对产品的集成测试与系统测试，对产品的功能、性能测试负责；
4、负责编写和整理产品的用户手册，并能指导业务人员使用相关系统；
5、参与部分项目管理职责，协助项目管理及整理项目管理文档。

【任职要求】
1、计算机或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、两年以上测试经验，熟悉软件测试流程、理论和方法，熟练应用各种测试工具软件；
3、有较强的逻辑分析能力和学习能力，具备较强的总结能力；
4、拥有较好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神，较强的责任感及进取精神；
5、热爱软件测试工作，工作细致认真，有耐心；
6、了解和熟悉C++以及PHP编程；
7、熟悉QTP，Loadrunner等自动化测试工具，懂得从功能、友好性、性能、压力、用户等不同角度测试产品，使用过QC，TD等缺陷管理工具；
8、熟悉B/S结构测试，具有电子商务网站测试经验者优先；
9、有大型系统测试经验者，以及有软件开发经验者优先。
