职位要求：
1. 有多款的网络游戏经验，熟悉游戏；
2. 熟悉软件测试理论和方法；
3. 熟练掌握测试工具；
4. 熟悉软件测试流程，能够合理编制项目的测试计划及进度，编写和维护测试用例；
5. 热爱软件测试工作，可以胜任重复性工作，工作细致认真,有耐心；
6. 具备良好的学习能力和质疑习惯，有良好的团队合作意识，有强烈的责任心和积极主动的工作态度，较强的沟通能力和表达能力；


职位描述：
1. 根据项目计划制定项目测试用例并实施，保证项目质量和进度；
2. 根据项目测试计划设计测试用例；
3. 进行游戏测试并提交测试报告；
4. 监督评估游戏的各个环节，提出有效性建议；
5. 负责BUG的生命周期管理；
6. 上级领导布置的其他工作。
