Ericsson Test Environments (ITTE) is looking for a Lab Engineer candidate to be part of the ITTE BJ Engineering and Infrastructure team to support. The candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in test environment configurations and techniques and associated infrastructure as well as leading technical solutions to problems and requests. The right candidate will also have the ability to manage and guide complex and inter-dependent technical projects locally, nationally and internationally. The candidate will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to maintain effective working relationships with the team.

Responsibility:
· Lab layout design
· Lab facility and infrastructure capacity planning
· Lab HW installation management and quality audit
· Supervise physical installation/dismantling of hardware, provide necessary guidance
· Supervise cabling and connections, including the proper labeling of equipment and cables
· Coordinate the labor resource arrangement between different sites
· Prepare logistics of equipment in/out lab
· Administration of storage area for spare parts

Qualifications

· Bachalor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
· Strong AC/DC/UPS technical background
· Minimum of 5 years in Telecom companies’ or Carries’ lab
· In-depth knowledge of telecom-equipment installation/dismantling
· Good team work and interpersonal skills
· Good and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
