岗位要求：

营销管理：

上传下达Cofounder各项指令并跟踪各项指令的完成结果,并及时反馈给Cofounder；

负责召集公司办公会议和其他有关会议，做好会议记录，并检查督促会议决议的贯彻实施。

协助推进公司市场营销战略，跟踪市场营销计划；

协助Cofounder督办部门月度各项工作进度完成进度及执行情况情况；

协助处理Cofounder其他事宜.

团队管理：

协助Cofounder做好下属各岗位管理工作，达到规范、快捷畅通、严谨；

协助部门推进团队建设，开展内部管理，调动和发挥大家工作的积极主动性

行政管理：

协调安排Cofounder工作日程（出差、会议、商务活动），负责Cofounder办公室日常行政事务的内、外部对接；

会议纪要跟踪，企业微信及时下发任务单，定期跟进各项任务进度并反馈；

协调订单进度及回复客户、合同资料归档。

任职要求：

具有相关工作经验2年以上；有ERP软件行业、咨询行业工作经历优先；

形象气质佳、亲和力强；思路清晰、反应敏捷、做事果断干练；

熟悉office软件、ERP系统操作；

具备一定的沟通谈判能力、组织协调能力、工作任务推动能力、学习能力；

能适应一定程度的出差，英语流利。
