Major Job Responsibilities

? Be responsible for projects of Filter cooperation with Suzhou Difite, Rotary Dev for Huanfeg Power, and potential new rotary projects, China base.
? ensure respect of PDP, organising phase gates reviews and reporting;
? manage cross functional project team work(regular project meetings), especially engineering team;
? manage timing plan & ensure project team respect the schedule;
? manage master task & activities list and follow up closure of open issues;
? ensure project resource plan, hiring and training is organised with HR;
? coordinate product design and quoting to customers;
? ensure quality plan is implemented with customer satisfaction;
? ensure communication and coordination amont customers, DDS China team and Europe team smoothly.

Qualifications

? Engineering bachlor degree minimun, master degree preferred;
? Solid application engineering experience needed;
? Project planning experience needed;
? Project management experience preferred;
? Good communication skills;
? Good ownership and leadership needed;
? Good English communication skills.
