? Manage the execution of all assigned projects.

? Provide schedule and cost information for all assigned projects?.

? Sense of Customers Relationship

? Communicating with clients, where applicable, regarding the production and delivery of content

? Ensure all Projects are executed following the company defined product life cycle process.

? Actively manage the team member’s projects to ensure their adherence to project plan and schedule.
? 积极管理团队成员的项目，确保其遵守项目的计划和时间表
? Define resource requirements (freelance, recruitment…) and manage production achievement for all assigned projects.
? 确定资源需求（自由职业、招聘。。。）和管理所有指定项目的生产和制作
? Know the Digital requirements solicitation, application development, logical and physical database design and networking.
? 知道数字需求询价，应用开发，逻辑和物理数据库设计和网络
? Able to taking back the technical work realized and to bring the modifications necessity.
? 能够收回实现的技术工作，把必要的修改应用进去
? Provide a focus point for all project based enquires.
? 为所有项目查询提供一个集中点
? Keeping abreast of new technologies and techniques to deliver cutting edge work
? 跟上新技术和提供最前沿工作的技能

? Bachelor’s degree in Digital Engineering or related discipline preferred from an accredited university.

? 2-3 years experience in Project management.
? 2－3年的项目管理经验
? 2-3 years experience in Drupal, PHP development.
? 2－3年在Drupal， PHP开发经验
? Ability to lead and motivate people.
