需求描述：

1、 Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related degree.

2、 Minimum of 3 years of interior design experiences for business and catering.

3、 Ability to create presentation/story boards and renderings.

4、 Excellent computer skills, i.e.; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and AutoCAD (Revit), Knowledge of 3-D modeling, and Sketch Up.

5、 Excellent creative problem-solving abilities.

6、 Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, as well as be organized, punctual, highly motivated and flexible / adaptable.

7、 With superior communication skills (both verbal and written) for client and vendor communication.

8、 Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group of individuals.
