岗位职责： 

- To assist in risk & control assessment within Commercial Banking and ensure the key risks, controls and monitoring procedures are properly defined and articulated.  

- To execute control monitoring and testing programmes based on business requirements, RCA outputs and other risk factors with formatted reports prepared. 

- To follow up and ensure remediation of issues arising from control monitoring and testing.  

- To support risk governance in relation to regulatory requirements.  

- To help to promote a strong compliance and risk awareness culture in Commercial Banking. 

- To handle Commercial Banking's regulatory reporting.  

- To support Commercial Banking internal / external audit, inspection and on-site examination of various governing bodies and timely follow up of rectification of audit/exam recommendations. 

- To conduct secondary control checking based on work procedure and checklist, compile checking report and follow up rectification actions.

任职要求： 

? Over 5 years of commercial banking knowledge and familiar with commercial banking operations. 

? Good sense of commercial judgment 

? Proven record in a client focused environment 

? Supervisory experience of sales and customer service teams 

? Compliance and risk management mindset 

? Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and manage conflicts 

? Excellent project management skills and planning and time management abilities 

? Flexible, resilient and receptive to change
