Tasks:
Provide business & administration support to Head of Product Planning
1. Meetings
-Arrange and coordinate meetings for Head of Product Planning including preparation of agendas, distribution of relevant information and recording of minutes.
2. Document Preparation
-Coordinate or prepare documentation, reports, presentations, correspondence, speeches, background and statistical information ect., as required and ensure they meet the objectives.
3. Assistance to Head of Product Planning
- Assist to arrange business agenda
- Manage canlendar on daily/weekly basis
4. Others
-Provide secretarial support to Head of Product Planning
-Provide administrative support to Product Planning team
Qualifications:
University graducate major in English or Administration
At least 2 years of experience as EA to Executive in multi-national companies
Excellent communication - must be fluent in English, mastery of Italian will be a plus/Multi-cultural
Excellent Microsoft Office software skills
Excellent organisational, project and time management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Automotive industry knowledge will be a plus.
Pro-active, self-starter
Well-organized, multitasker
