Typical Duties:

 

• Be responsible for online shop setting up, management and development. Monitor online sales and make the online business running efficient and healthy.
• Monitor developing e-Commerce technology trends, evaluate business opportunities, recommend and execute new initiatives.
• Collaborate with brand marketing and sales to develop content that drives consideration/sales and improves consumer awareness/ engagement.
• Be responsible for coordinating with online platforms and setting up the process for ensuring the supplier chain smooth.
• Access and manage the strategic business partner to implement an “O2O” business model supporting e-commerce.
• Develop and manage the service provider model via effective CRM to ensure the new channel business development with synergies to traditional distribution.
• Develop and optimize the customer acquisition package for new channel approach, in terms of strategy, training, incentive and etc.
• Analyze and report on relevant business metrics to understand the health, challenges and E-Commerce growth opportunities.
• Collect and report marketing information.

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in sales/marketing/automotive/industry
• Above 5 years sales experience in automotive industry or Industrial parts with Min.3 years in online business
• Highly experienced player in the online retail environment.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of developing & continuously optimizing online platforms, including e-commerce & CRM.
• Fundamental knowledge of requirements, restrictions and best practices for selling on 3rd party marketplaces (i.e., JD, T-MALL, TUHU, etc.)
• Fluent English and Chinese
• Good command of MS Office (PowerPoint, excel, etc.)
