Then come in and join our global team as Sr. Engineering Technician to maximize the uptime of all systems, while also achieve demanding functional requirements for precision and accuracy.

Your mission and responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance and operation of production process and laboratory equipment. Such as autoclave, parts washer, COP, floor scale, filling line equipment and quality control equipment.
负责生产工艺以及实验室设备的维护保养和运行。如灭菌柜，清洗机，COP，地秤，灌装线设备及质量控制设备等。
Make plan and complete equipment preventive maintenance work regularly.
制定计划并按期完成设备预防性维护工作。
Carry out equipment inspection regularly according to SOP, analyze, judge and deal with abnormal situation of equipment, and make records.
按SOP要求定期进行设备巡检，分析、判断和处理设备异常情况，并做好记录。
Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, equipment maintenance training.
参与设备现场安装、调试、设备维护培训。
Replace consumables, such as replacing gasket, tubing, etc.
更换易耗品，如更换密封垫圈，软管等。
To make sure CAPA complete on time based on maintenance plan. In the meanwhile, to achive maintenance records including hardcopy and softcopy .
确保预防及纠正措施及时按计划完成，同时归档纸质及电子类的维护文档。
Manage spare parts to limit risk.
管理备品备件。
Support the Engineering procurement, validation, calibration.
支持来工程部的采购，验证及校准工作。

Your qualifications and experiences:
2+ years’ experience in engineering routine maintenance in Manufacturing plant in a cGMP industry; preferably in a medical diagnostic or Pharma.
至少2 年在cGMP工厂工程部日常运行维护相关工作经验，诊断或者医药行业经验优先考虑。
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and partnerships with both internal customers and external service partners.
具备维护内部及外部合作关系的能力。
Familiar with GMP requirement to engineering.
熟悉GMP要求对工程系统的要求。
Basic English writing and oral skill, Fluent in English is a plus.
基本英文口语及书写能力，英文流利更佳。
A trade license is a plus (for example, electrician or MEP).
有专业技工证书（如电工证）优先考虑。

Your attributes and skills:
College degree or above in electrical or mechanical engineering.
电气、机械专业大专以上学历。
