(此岗位为复星美元产业基金代招。印度电商物流企业Delhivery Private Limited在2019年完成了来自软银、复星、凯雷超过4亿美元的F轮融资。本轮融资后,Delhivery将进一步强化印度物流网络的布局,扩大市场影响力,同时引入中国经验,拓展中印跨境物流潜力。该项目由复星集团旗下复星美元产业基金主导及对项目出资,这是复星初次在海外物流领域投资的项目。)
关于Delhivery
Delhivery为印度的企业和电商平台提供端到端的一体化直营物流综合服务,每月配送超过1,800万份订单,合作伙伴包括亚马逊,Flipkart,PayTM,Zara,H&M等。Delhivery拥有近1,000万平方英尺的仓储和运输基础设施,覆盖整个印度超过10亿人口。Delhivery一直在建立和拓展中印跨境业务,目前已经是中印跨境电商最大的物流服务商之一,并正在寻找团队成员加入其中。
工作职责:
? 本岗位是Delhivery中印跨境业务重要的组成部分
? 与中国的跨境电商平台和平台卖家,即Amazon,Snapdeal,Flipkart等,保持稳定的沟通和联系
? 建立对印度跨境业务感兴趣的跨境卖家/市场渠道
? 为传统贸易B2B业务开发新的潜在客户
? 定期组织和举办国内的卖家宣讲会,培训国内的跨境卖家在印度销售
? 定期进行已有客户拜访和管理,促进跨境业务增长
工作要求:
? 销售,营销或相关领域的经验
? 良好的沟通技巧,并与客户建立联系
? 能够同时管理多个复杂的项目
? 出色的组织能力
? 能够自主发展,积极主动并处理不确定性
? 精通MS Office
? 工作地点可以在深圳,上海,杭州或义乌

Delhivery has been building its cross-border business and is looking for team members to be part of this growth journey. The person will be a versatile and dynamic professional with experience in sales and opportunity to grow the business from scratch.
Job Responsibilities:
- Key part of Delhivery’s sales and business development team
- Reach out to e-commerce platforms and sellers in China, ie Amazon, Snapdeal, Flipkart, etc…
- Build out a pipeline of sellers/marketplaces interested in cross-border business to India
- Develop new leads for traditional trading business
- Conduct and participate regular conferences and engage seller for selling in India
- Coordinate with the clients, client management, and ramping up business
Job Requirements:
- Experience in sales, marketing or related fields
- Strong communication skills and establish a connection with clients
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in MS Office
- Location can be base out of Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hangzhou, or Yiwu
