合作并确保在恩德上海办事处及其供应商开展的所有活动都以安全的方式进行，***限度地尊重环境，遵守所有安全和环境法规，并遵守公司的指示和管理制度。在中国开展的所有活动中，确保遵守当地法律的健康安全和环境政策。

配合HSE总部对环境和职业健康安全管理体系的适应、培训和实施。

配合系统管理总部对质量管理体系的适应、培训和实施。

根据当地法规建立和实施安全工作制度。

领导中国的所有HSE活动，进行供应商评估和岗位评估，根据评估实施PPE，管理PPE（选择、定义、分配、培训等）。

负责恩德员工的安全培训，确保他们在工作中有良好的安全意识。

定期对不同供应商进行重大安全偏差的识别和评估，跟踪供应商进行纠正。如有必要，也可提出索赔。

分析供应商方面发生的事件，但不限于恩德员工，并采取预防措施。

从不同角度收集和监督HSE指标。索赔行动计划，以实现合规或检测其中的偏差。

Job Name:Safety Engineer

Location：Based in Shanghai, but with travelling to different suppliers.

Mission: ACollaborate and ensure that all activities developed in Nordex Shanghai office and their suppliers are carried out in a safe way, with a maximum respect to the environment, complying with all safety and environmental regulations, and in accordance with the instructions and management system of the company.

Functions:

Ensure compliance with local legislation and company HSE policies. in all activities carried out in China.

Cooperate with HSE HQ in the adaptation, training and implementation of Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management System

Cooperate with Systems Managment HQ in the adaptation, training and implementation of Quality Management System.

Create and implement the safety working system based on local legislation.

Lead all HSE activities in the China, perform supplier assessment and position assessment, implement the PPE based on the assessment, and manage the PPE (selection, definition, distribution, training, etc.)

Reponse Nordex employees safety training to ensure them have a good safety awareness in working.

Periodically to different supplier to identify and evaluate the big safety deviation, follow up the supplier to correct it. Claim them also if necessary.

Analysis the incident that happened in supplier side, but not limit Nordex employees, and make preventive actions.

Collect and supervise HSE indicators from different angles. Claim action plans to achieve compliance or detection of deviations in them.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Qualification /Training: University Degree in Safety or Engineering

Complementary Training: Environment, Integratd Managment Systems

Profile: Safety or Engineering degree, with at least 3 years in factory safety position

    

Good knowledge and understanding for safety

    

Knowledge of China local legislation

    

Dynamic, organized and focused on results.

    

Responsible, Proactive and negotiating profile;

    

Skill in the interpersonal relationship.

    

Flexible and multitasking

Languages/Level: Fluent English

Experience: at least 5 years working experience.

Wind turbine assembly plants

By the end of 2012 ACCIONA Windpower had installed wind turbines in wind farm in different countries as: Spain, the US, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Australia, China, South Korea, Italy, Greece, France, Poland, Brazil, the UK.

A good part of these projects have been (or will be) carried out by other companies with which ACCIONA Windpower has signed contracts for the supply of turbines. This modality will increase over the next few years.
