We are Seeking highly motivated, experienced HR - Human Resources Manager - The right individual need to have outstanding communication skills, recruiting skills, organizational development experience and a track record of performance. 

    

Responsibilities：

    

• To establish human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives
• To manage all HR operation in the organization (Recruiting, Training, Compensation &Benefits and Employee Relations)
• To establish, improve and prefect the HR policies and processes and to ensure these in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Corporate/Enterprise culture establishment
• Support management by providing advice, suggestion, analyzed information

                        

    

Qualification/Skills

    

• Human Resources Manager will have 7+ more years’ experience in Human Resources Management (including Managing, Benefits Administration, and Recruiting)
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, labor compliance, succession planning, training, compensation, employee relation, and contract positions.
• Experience in Employee Evaluation, Compensation and Benefits Administration and Insurance Administration.
• Experience hiring Plant Management
• Having intimate knowledge of PRC Labor laws and regulations
• Fluent English and strong knowledge of MS office
• A strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, Excellent communication skills
• Working Experience in a multinational company is a plus
• Working Experience in IC-Industry is a plus
