Job Purpose

Make sure AP sourcing projects including NPIs, localization and resourcing flawless launch with project financial target fulfillment like P&L & COGS.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for AP sourcing NPI, localization and resourcing projects development, make sure projects flawless launch and meet financial target set in the budget.

2. Support Commodity Purchasing to ensure leveraged negotiation & commodity strategy development in new and running projects to achieve saving target.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional team for product/part design optimization, cost improvement plan and supplier delivery & quality issue support.

4. Work with global team for BOM cost competitiveness & alignment, otherwise make corrective action to close the gap.

5. Regularly reports on and makes presentations to management regarding project schedules, budget, performance measures, support efforts, corrective actions, customer feedback, and issue identification, to provide project updates.

6. Understands and utilizes standard costs and cost estimating system to develop and track project costs. Interfaces with Finance, Purchasing, and Manufacturing Engineering to develop cost data.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

· Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in domestic purchasing/sourcing and working experience with engineering knowledge in multi-national manufacturing environment

· Strong communication skills

· Strong time and project management skills

· Proactive working attitude

· Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
