This role will lead a team for industrial design in East Region, be responsible for project execution with high design quality and on time delivery； 

Lead design team on customer requirement collation, translating business language to technical language； 

Style design - scientific style, technology style, or style of simplicity, elegance, or to youth, fashion and so on； 

Provide visual file to client through software modeling, rendering (setting material, scene lighting, simulation of packaging products, packaging solutions in the real environment present state)；

 Technical review with cross function team to ensure the new product delivery with high quality, drive technology and products innovation； 

Responsible for team capability build up.

Requirements

Bachelor in packaging / paper / materials application and MBA is preferred； Understand necessary design tools: 

3DS Max, Rhinoceros or Pro-E, Keyshot； 

10+ years working experience with technical role and team management role, at least 2 years Team Management experience； 

Highly innovative, follow the market trend and can always think of innovative ways get client’s buy-in； 

Technical & professional knowledge: Know-how of packaging / paper / materials application; 

Skills in project management / understanding consumer, market and customer needs； 

Outstanding communication skills； 

Strong organizational and leadership skills； 

Good communication level in English speaking and writing.
