职位描述

1、负责定期组织员工（派遣劳务人员）进行安全生产的教育和培训，确保安全生产零事故；
2、负责主动识别出本部门岗位所有不安全点/隐患点，包括人身安全、设备安全、消防安全、商业秘密保护四方面安全，学习、掌握和不断完善防护措施；
3、负责执行生产安全管理制度，监督检查各车间人员劳保用品佩戴执行情况；
4、负责组织建立和完善部门生产管理制度及工作流程，并予以实施、考核；
5、负责编制部门、车间职能、各岗位职责说明书并组织执行；
6、负责配合品质部、工艺工程师、计划员、物料计划员等相关人员对生产加工质量、工艺要求、生产计划进行现场跟踪检查，并解决落实整改工作的安排与处理；
7、负责组织原辅材料、成品入库和出库，监督台账记录工作，处置生产废品；
8、负责不断优化生产流程，提出可行性工艺改进方案，提高生产效率、员工操作技能及各车间管理水平确保生产能源成本降低（水、电等）的实施；
9、负责及时了解客户反馈产品质量信息，分析、解决现场生产问题，改善产品质量；
10、负责定期组织、监督检查各车间设备点检情况；
11、负责参与公司质量管理体系的建立，组织培训、实施公司质量方针、质量目标和程序文件，保证公司产品和服务的质量要求； 12、领导安排的其他工作。
