1. Schedule assignment of all F & B cashiers and runners.

2. Maintain adequate supplies of guest checks, cashier’s reports and other forms needed by the cashiers.

3. Ensure enough charges are available to the F&B cashiers.

确保充分的备用零钱给餐厅收银。

4. Ensure that all F & B point of sales are properly functioning.

确保所有收银点发挥其职能。

5. Train all new F&B cashiers.

培训新进员工。

6. Verify and clear discrepancies reported by income auditors.

协助日审审核及纠正报表错误。

7. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

完成上级指派的其他任务。
