Graphic Designer specialized in the Pre- printing phase

We're looking for a graphic designer who will specially follow the pre- printing phase.
His/her job consist to get from our supplier the correct dimension and die-lines for the package, checking and communicate to creative departments for the realization of the artwork. After receive back the files He/She need to follow all the pre- printing process and ensure that all the requirements are strictly respected.

Main responsibilities for this position are:

Collect packaging dimension and die-lines for color-box, master carton and labels
Verify packaging size according the content and if necessary change according needs
Keep relationship with creative department and support them in terms of tech. Info and demands
Keep relationship with film factory, labels factory and printing factory
Check and confirm the artwork received from creative dept. in terms of size, colors, content...
Apply and create ERP number and manage ERP number system (EASYFLOW system)
Verify all the films, sample and final production regarding all the printing artwork and confirm that all the requirements have been respected
Manage the printing time schedule according the requirements in terms of order delivery
Organize and maintain a database for the artworks
Notice on time to creative dept. if some changes and provide timely the new information
Following the printing also for all other communication outputs such as catalogs, leaflet, posters

Technical Skill
ADOBE SUITE Cs4 or later, specially for Photoshop, Illustartor (In Design skill consider as a big plus).
Corel Draw X4 or later.
2D drawing technical skills with Auotcad are consider as a plus.

Communication Ability
Ability to effectively present ideas-both -verbally and visually.
Chinese mother tong
English speak and write CET 4 as minimum level (Non English speaking candidates will not be consider).

Organization
He/She need to be organized in order to meet deadlines and stay within a budget. Communicate timely and report to Design manager.

Problem Solving Ability
He/She need to have the capacity to react quickly and productively to any problem encountered during the process and find a creative way to approach and solve it.

Previous Experience
The candidate must have at least 2 year experience in a similar position - Have been work for a international company in an international team consider as a plus.
