In this role, you will:
- This role will responsible to deliver sales target within assigned branches. He / she will be the in-branch INSH insurance sales driver and manage the complexity of relationships with partners and their respective organizational structures/product requirements.- This role reports on a solid basis to branch head, Beijing.
- Support RBWM New Branch Sales Model
- Support RBWM Needs Based Selling Model
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: - 3 years and above working experience in Life Insurance, prefer to be experienced in front line sales.
- Possess the ability to apply entrepreneurial and commercial thinking to delivering business performance
- Commercially-minded with strong business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills – excellent customer relationship management
