JOB SUMMARY:
l Responsible for C&B function including policy monitoring as well as execution, such as payroll, benefit, salary range, incentive plan, IIT, data maintenance in HR system etc.
l Provide professional service to managers and employees in C&B and PM functions with result-oriented service sense and continuous improvement.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and fine-tune the compensation and benefit polices based on market practice and company management philosophy.
2. Ensure timely and accurate payroll calculation in the system; timely handle social benefit, housing fund, IIT, residence card application and maintenance etc. (including some vendor management).
3. Be responsible for the data output for management purpose such as personnel cost, cost changes trending and reason analysis.
4. Understand and support the performance management process and result consolidation. Suggest on continuous improvement of the policy and execution.
5. Participate and support the HR process of talent review, promotion proposal and salary adjustment.
6. Monitor and execute the benefit programs including mandatory and fringe benefit.
7. Keep learning and updated about responsible areas’ compliance to the local legislation; propose or update related polices whenever needed.
8. Maintain job leveling and salary range based on internal structure and external market data.
9. Provide professional HR service to employees: answer questions regarding C&B such as payroll, social benefit, company policy, annual leave, etc.; support individual documentation needed under proper approval process.
10. HR Administrative support: C&B related process regarding on boarding, employee separations, employee changes and other procedures.
11. ER support: employee activity, employment contract or labor law related issue.
12. Other HR projects or tasks assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree, majored in Human Resource Management is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
l At least 3 years of working experience in Compensation and Benefit function of MNC Company.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Logical thinking, good at numbers, detail-oriented and follow through with effectiveness and efficiency;
2. Collaborative, good communication and interpersonal skill;
3. Good learning agility and willing to grow with the company;
4. Positive, proactive, result-oriented with accountability and continuous improvement;
5. Good English skill;
6. Excellent skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
