岗位职责:

？ 建立现场仪表台帐和技术档案，确保仪表日常运行管理及检修工作处于受控状态。
Establish field instrument’s accounts and technical files, to ensure daily operation management and maintenance of instruments to be controlled.
？ 认真履行岗位职责，定期对现场仪表进行检查，及时消除仪表的缺陷。
Seriously fulfil job responsibilities, regularly check field instruments, to timely eliminate defects of the instruments.
？ 积极参加各类培训课程，掌握设备维护管理系统以及各类在线诊断软件的操作方法。
Actively participate in various training courses, to master the operating methods of equipment maintenance management system and a variety of on-line fault diagnosis software.
？ 能及时判断并妥善处理生产过程中仪表出现的故障，分析故障原因，提高维护水平。
Can timely diagnose and properly deal with instrument failures occurred during production, analyse fault cause, improve the level of maintenance.
？ 在装置检修阶段，安排相应的检修方案，落实必要的安全防护措施，掌握进度，降低消耗。
At the stage of plant overhaul, arrange corresponding maintenance proposal, implement the necessary safety measures, master schedule, and reduce consumption.
？ 建立检修档案，编制技术资料，开展技术攻关。
Establish maintenance files, prepare technical documents, and carry out technical breakthrough.
？ 执行赛科技术标准及仪表操作检修规程。
Perform SECCO technical standards and instrument operation and maintenance procedures.
？ 对仪表维护员提供技术支持。
Provide technical support to instrument maintenance staff.
？ 努力改进工作方法，提升工作效率。
Strive to improve work method, increase work efficiency.
？ 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Timely finish other tasks assigned by superior managers.

任职资格:

？ 大专及以上学历，化工机械及化工设备相关专业。
College degree or above, in the major of chemical machinery and chemical equipment related.
？ 具有3年以上化工装置机械设备维护和管理工作经验。
Over 3 years of work experience on mechanical equipment maintenance and management in chemical plant.
？ 熟悉仪表性能结构以及相关的行业标准和法规。
Be familiar with instrument performance and structure, and the relevant industry standards and regulations.
？ 具备良好的计划、协调、沟通、汇报、学习能力。
Good ability of planning, coordination, communication, reporting, and learning.
？ 熟练掌握计算机操作，具有较强的英语阅读能力。
Skilled in computer operation, strong English reading ability.
？ 能够提供证明自己技能和业绩的证书或有关记录。
Able to provide certificates or records to prove own skills and performance.
？ 附加要求：参加过大型石油化工装置改扩建和停车大检修工作。
Additional requirements: participated in plant expansion and TAR work in large petrochemical plant.
