AR Accounting related working and monthly AR age reports

Improve AR collection procedures according to the sales channels & contracts

Working closely with OP&product and settle outstanding overdue AR 

Improve operation system (SILK) and finance system (Yonyou) related AR accounting

Compile monthly and annual financial reports.

Reconciliation and breakdown of reports.

Ad-hoc working assigned by line manager.

Must have:

University degree

English 4-level 

2 years related working experience

Strong communication and coordination skills

Sense of responsibility and team spirit

Good time management

Preferred:

experience in industry of Travel Agency, Hotel, Internet and etc.

Fluent English

Ability and willingness to work in an ambiguous and constantly evolving start-up environment

Business understanding

Technical / professional qualifications:

Advanced skills in Excel

Experiences in Finance System

Certificates related finance & accounting (CPA,ACCA and etc)
