蛋白质化学工程师：
要求：
1：掌握载体构建，基因表达，蛋白表达、纯化和鉴定的基本技能。
2：必须对下面一个或多个领域有严格训练和丰富的工作经验：蛋白质电泳原理和方法；蛋白质的稳定性和复性；蛋白质拼接；配体蛋白质相互作用的生物物理鉴定；建立基于细胞受体结合的鉴定方法；蛋白质或酶的结构分析和图形表达。
3：熟练掌握英文。
4：具有相关专业博士学位。具有4年以上独立研发工作经验的硕士也可以考虑。



Protein Chemists

We are looking for several research scientists in the area of protein chemistry. In additional to basic skills for vector construction, gene expression, protein purification and characterization, extensive training and hands-on experiences in one or more of the following areas are needed: method development for protein electrophoresis, protein stability and refolding, protein ligation, biophysical characterization of ligand-protein interaction, cell based assay development for receptor binding, graphical presentation and analysis of protein structure or enzymology. Good presentation skill in English is a must.
Candidates are expected to have Ph.D. degree in the related areas. Candidates with MS degree and more than 4 year independent research experiences will also be considered.
