职位描述
In this role, you will:
The role is a direct report of the INSH Planning & Business Performance Head. It has primary responsibility to support the execution of strategic business initiatives in line with Group and local strategy. Support the planning and monitoring process of Annual AOP and KPIs for Life insurance business, align with RBWM and identify opportunities to improve business and operating performance, support routine MI and sales adminitration work.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of five years working experience in Life insurance, prefer to be experienced in strategic, planning, marketing areas.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance or economics. Other insurance or financial planning professional qualifications such as CFP, FLMI added advantage.
- Understanding of metrics and financial measures of the business. Ability to understand at business level financial dynamics of the business and future impacts.
- Strong managerial, communications, project management, organizational, lateral thinking, strategic planning, analytical, mathematical, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Business judgment and decision making.- Able to create a positive working relationship with related stakeholders internally and externally- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English & Chinese
