供应商质量管理 Supplier Quality Assurance

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

-Set up and maintain supplier bases

-Control and supervise the quality assurance of suppliers

-Negotiating and supervising the suppliers to meet the requirements of Knorr on quality assurance and delivery

-Conduct Supplier audit, process validation, follow up corrective /preventive actions

-Apply appropriate methodologies (FMEA, PokaYoka) to drive continuous improvement, achieve or exceed relevant KPI

-APQP and FAI for new sourcing items

-Made pre-production schedule to meet Engineering’s requirements

-Prepare to issue progress report weekly

-Explanation and ensure right version to suppliers

-Document drawings and specifications for assigned commodities

-Coordinate and communicate with support departments (Purchasing, ENG, MFG)

-Be responsible that the product supplied by supplies meets the quality requirements in compliance with Merak Specs/drawings

Qualification Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanism or equivalent

- Above 5 years experience in quality management

- Good knowledge of quality assurance and inspection skills

- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings

- Develop a systematic and analytical working style, familiarity metal, welding and painting standard

- Good communication and cooperation skill

- Good in both oral and written English

-Familiar with MS office, Auto CAD, knowledge of SAP (QM)

- Be a creative and willing contributor to a multicultural team

- Prepare to travel frequently
